World of Rallying 8 (1985-1986)

Holmes was the chronicler and the memory of international rallying. He was present at more than 500 WRC rounds and fortunately kept records of virtually all of it. Until 2011, he published 33 of his legendary yearbooks with the precisely kept statistics of the (international and national) rallies of all countries from AUS (Australia) to ZA (South Africa). We can now offer a few like new copies from his estate.

Issue 8 offers the review of the rally year 1985. Rallying is at its peak in Group B. More and more factories bring new cars. The Peugeot 205 Turbo 16 is the car to beat. Audi follows up with the E2, MG brings the Metro and Lancia's S4 finally makes its debut in the WRC at the RAC.
