L’Age d’Or des Rallyes 1962-1963

In the 1960s, road rallying, in which (at most slightly modified) everyday cars were used, experienced an enormous boom and enabled a large number of amateur drivers to live out their passion. As a result, manufacturers and equipment suppliers saw rallies as a good platform to present their products. The traffic on the roads is not yet very dense, the spirit is free and daring. This book lists the biggest French (and some other European) events, collects the most important information and tables in which cars such as small BMW 700s and Renault Dauphines stand alongside Alfa Romeos and Ferrari GTs. In this volume, the 1962 and 1963 seasons are scrutinised.
