Countless Nürburgring visitors have sent greetings to friends and relatives during their stay in the Eifel over the past more than 95 years. They bought the postcards from flying salesmen, at one of the numerous kiosks in Adenau or at the start and finish. Today, these postcards have become sought-after collector’s items, often paying many times their original price for them. These little “treasures” bear the note “Copyright by Klein” on the back.
The publishing house Klein from Adenau has accompanied the Nürburgring since the early years over now five generations. In this way, an archive of small works of art has been created that tells the history of the Nürburgring almost gapless.
