The most thrilling ADAC GT Masters season to date ended with the closest title fight: from the start of the season at Oschersleben until the captivating finale of an action-packed season at Hockenheim, the 2018 ADAC GT Masters excited on seven weekends in Germany, the Czech Republic, Austria and The Netherlands. Eight brands and the best teams in GT racing battle for the title in one of the world’s leading GT series. Next to Ferrari making its return, Honda is represented in the field for the first time with its NSX GT3. Seven former champions are up against high-class drivers such as sports car world champion Timo Bernhard, two-time DTM champion Timo Scheider, DTM ace Jamie Green, sports car specialist Stefan Mücke or 24h Nürburgring winner Markus Winkelhock.
From a sporting perspective, the series’ twelfth season was more balanced and contested than ever before.
