Always one of the most physically demanding events on the WRC calendar, the Safari Rally holds a special place in many fans' hearts - deservedly so. Ari Vatanen, Bjorn Waldegaard, Stig Blomqvist, Hannu Mikkola, Mikki Biasion and Timo Salonen are amongst the hopefuls trying to beat the clock, and the terrain, as they charge through enormous stages, some of which are over 2000kms long! The footage might be thirty years old but it has stood the test of time well and the informative commentary sets it off perfectly.
