Quattro Highlights 81-82 DVD

"That is not possible! We can stop driving! We can go home!" These was the commentary of Lancia driver Bernard Darniche about the debut of the Audi Quattro at the 1981 Monte Carlo Rally. The French rally ace was overtaken by Hannu Mikkola after just a few kilometres. This performance was just amazing and so were the films Helmut Deimel produced for Audi in that time. For the 25th anniversary of the Quattro Audi publishes these legendary films digitally remastered and for the first time on DVD.

This DVD contains the films "Sieg einer Idee" (short version) from 1981 and "Der Weltmeister" from 1982. Both are fascinating reviews on the WRC in the Group B era.
