BRM Story DVD

British Racing Motors was started as a prestige project for the British motor industry after the Second World War, to contest the new Formula One Grands Prix. BRM quickly established a reputation as innovators, creating some of the most technically advanced cars and engines of their era, but often running into complex teething problems.
Neville Hay’s four-part documentary shows, BRM’s effect on Grand Prix racing lasted long past its final entry in 1977, paving the way for British domination of the sport.
V-16 Years deals with the incredible V-16 supercharged Type 15 and Type 30.
P25 Promise the more conventional – and more successful – 2.5-litre P25 which finally delivered BRM’s first win, in the hands of Jo Bonnier in 1959.
V8 For Victory Under Tony Rudd’s leadership, BRM and Graham Hill reached the highest heights of Formula One, capturing the Constructors’ and Drivers’ Championships.
3-Litre Finale sees Rudd leave BRM for Lotus and the organisation’s attempts to revive flagging fortunes with another technical innovation, the 3-litre V-12. The P160 was the final BRM machine to take a Formula One win.
